If you remember Against the Grain last October, you will know just how exciting folk/world music collisions can be. This time Jo May and her range of percussion are teamed up with Sarah Matthews who is no stranger to the Derbyshire folk scene through her collaborations with Cupola and of course Lucy Ward.
Jo’s range of percussion of percussion is of course remarkable including her mastery of the West African Balafon. She may also be the finest live spoons player to have performed at The Top Bar.
