remainers’ consternation

Scotland losing patience

Europe fearing racists

May wants a mandate

the people want a real debate

Government austerity

results in much more poverty

the Welfare State’s a travesty

of what it always used to be,

seven weeks and counting

so bring out the bunting

the people cannot rest at ease

when government’s found wanting.
