“Time For Me” Women’s Workshop

‘Time For Me’ is a workshop for mature women.

We are inviting mature women to a supportive workshop where we can talk about the things that matter in our lives.

We will share our experiences, build on our strengths and make connections.
This is a rare opportunity to make some time to care for yourself and to feel positive about this next stage in your life.

The workshop will be facilitated by Sarah Hinds and Heather Nelson, who are experienced counsellors.

This workshop will be in Belper on Saturday 14th March 2020 from 10am -1pm.

Cost £15 – pay on the day.
