Black History Month kicks off in Belper with Word Peace, a spoken word event at Fleet Arts, on Saturday 5th October, from 8-10pm.
The event is hosted by Becky Deans and features spoken word artists, Aiofe O’Connor, Plentiful Poet, and Jo Spice-Gamal.
This event includes an open mic opportunity.
The price is £5 payable on the door. No booking neccessary.
