Wild Trent Challenge -17km Run and Canoe

Take up Derbyshire Wildlife Trust’s Wild Trent Challenge! Take the opportunity to explore wild spaces, experience the Trent Valley in a whole new way, and to do something awesome for local wildlife!

Join the Trust for a wild adventure that’ll take you on a 9km run and 8km paddle through the mighty Trent Valley landscape. Due to the style of canoes being used entries are for teams of two or three only; so it’s a great way to get social outdoors as well.

The event will take place on Saturday 31st August 2019 from 9:30am at Trent Adventure, Poplars Farm, Barrow upon Trent, Derby, DE73 7HJ. Bring your friends and family along on the day for support and to enjoy the food, drink and wildlife on offer from bankside.
