New Karate Classes

Fancy trying Karate?

There is a brand new class coming to the Strutt Centre.  Classes start on Tuesday 7th January and run from 6-7pm for children and 7-8pm for adults.  The cost is £5 per person per class.

No experience is needed to start these classes. There is no risk of being hurt.

These classes include self defence for women.  There will also be female instructors in attendance.

Please wear loose fitting clothing.
