Police & Crime Commissioner To Respond To Public Concerns

The Police and Crime Commissioner, Hardyal Dhindsa, is holding an event in Alfreton, for Amber Valley, to respond to concerns which were raised during his tour of Derbyshire.  PCC Dhindsa visited 383 towns, villages and neighbourhoods between 2016 and late 2019, where he met residents from all sectors of the community and listened to their concerns about crime and policing matters.

There are events in each local authority.  This is the sole event for Amber Valley.

The purpose of this event is for the PCC to feed back to the community on the key issues raised, and outline the steps he has taken to address the matters raised by the public.

The Amber Valley event is due to be held on Monday 20th January in the Genesis Centre, King Street, Alfreton, DE55 7DQ and will start at 6:30pm (registration from 6:15pm) .  The event is expected to end by 8pm.
Although booking isn’t essential, to guarantee your place and to help the PCC office to gauge numbers, please visit www.derbyshire-pcc.gov.uk/meet where you can electronically reserve your place, or phone the PCC office on 0300 122 6000
