WHAT'S ON

When Will Santa Be @ Heage Windmill?

Santa is excited this year!

He is coming to Heage windmill on Sunday 1st December from 11am until 3pm (gates open at 10:30am).

Apart from meeting all the children, he is looking forward to seeing the windmill with its full complement of six sails once again.

He will arrive by motorised sledge and will meet up with his main helper, the Chief Elf,  to enter the mill and visit his decorated grotto where he will hope to meet many children.

The mill marquee will be open and there will be various supporting activities including Tombola, Bric-a-brac, Christmas Hamper raffle, as well as warming drinks and mince pies.

The air will be charged with the smell of Burgers and Hot Chestnuts, available from visiting stalls.

The charge for each child who visits Santa is £5 – this includes a present.
There is no charge for parents or guardians.
Numbered admission tickets can be purchased in the nearby visitor centre and pre-booking is not necessary.

Unfortunately we cannot offer tours of the mill that day but there is plenty of parking and super views of the mill and the surrounding countryside as added attractions.
