September’s market at No.28 will include a Heritage event by the U3A (University of the 3rd Age) history group on Crime and Punishment in the 19th century, a drop in stall for the Belper Historical Society, Shena Lawrence’s Preloved Clothes, Frankie Langhorne’s jewellery and prints, food, refreshments and all with David Gough on the piano. The market also features two Nailed folk with founding editor Emma Clinton’s Photo Haiku poetry-photography prints, and Jim Bell’s “We Are Belper” photographic exhibition.
The monthly market is on at No.28 on the Market Place, on Saturday 14th September and runs from 9am until 1pm.
