Belper Residents Wanted For Next Phase of Neighbourhood Plan

A new Neighbourhood Plan For Belper ‘Working Group’ is to meet on the 20th of June at 7.30 pm, St John’s Chapel Belper.

It was announced that the Steering Group was winding up on May 19th and at this meeting it was proposed that the Neighbourhood Plan be delivered as a sub-committee of the Belper Town Council.

The meeting on June 20th will be the first meeting of the new working group held in partnership with the Town Council.

An agenda for the meeting is accessible on the Belper Town Council website.

At the meeting, which is open to the public, members will be co-opted on to the group. There will be four councillors and roles for up to 14 members of the public.

The NP4B are encouraging new members into the group so if you are interested in joining the working group or just interested in what is happening with the NP4B they recommend you attend.
