Five Years Jail For Man Found Guilty Of Drugs Offences In Belper

A man has been sentenced to more than five years behind bars after appearing in court charged with drugs offences in Belper.

Stewart John Anscomb (43) of no fixed address pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply Heroin and Cocaine during a hearing at Nottingham Crown Court on Thursday, May 25.

He appeared for sentencing the following day and was given five years and four months in prison.

Mr Anscomb was arrested by police in January this year following a warrant at a property at Dovedale Court in Belper.
