Nailed Announces Upcoming AGM

Nailed have announced their Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 1st February at 7.30 pm at the Queen’s Head, Chesterfield Road.

Members of the public are welcome to find out what the volunteers of Belper Community Publishing have achieved over the past year and their plans for the future.

Those who are paid members will be able to make suggestions as to how the newspaper is run and will have the opportunity to take a place on the committee.

Last week the newspaper past a huge milestone of 100,000 page views and we have seen a promising rise in readers each quarter since the site went live. As a hyperlocal newspaper this puts us well on par with similar sites, but we are always looking for ways to innovate and improve what we do.

‘Nailed’ was established as an alternative community news site for the people of Belper. Its aims were and still are to provide news, entertainment, thought-provoking discussion and information for residents of Belper and surrounding areas.
