Bessalone Plans Withdrawn

The Planning Application submitted by JC Balls to build 201 houses on Green Belt land at Bessalone Hill, off Crich Lane, has been withdrawn.

Whilst campaigners drew a sigh of relief they were warned to be vigilant. It is thought that an error in the original submission may have led to a temporary reprieve and a revised application is expected. There are also rumours circulating that the sale of a piece of land to JC Balls will give them another option for access to the site.

Should a renewed application be submitted then the nearly 400 people who submitted objections to Amber Valley Borough Council will be informed individually.
